Certification package

Certification means controlling and inspecting the established quality management system by an independent quality system certification body (for example Lloyd’s register). It is important that all described and defined processes that run within the company are in accordance with the quality manual. Moreover each employee has to understand the importance of the overall goal to exceed customer expectations to achieve a high customer satisfaction. Every member of the company influences that goal.
