About Robert Bresser

During my undergraduate studies of business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Germany, I gained my economic and commercial experience. My thesis focused on Quality Management Systems and specifically on ISO 9001:2000. I was interested in finding out about the acceptance of this standard outside of Germany, Europe.

Since I obtained my bachelor in evening classes I was able to work throughout the day to gain practical experience. During that time I was able to apply QM in the company as I was responsible for the implementation of ISO 9001:2000. It was a win-win relationship I received a lot of experience with the Standard and we successful received our certificate in the year 2003.

In 2005 I received my Master of Business Administration from Pfeiffer University in Charlotte, NC

In my later work years I have never lost the focus on quality. Moreover I was able to gain international experience working for 2 years in the United States. I was responsible for establishing and marketing a leading European forging company on the US market.
